Why Wool Pellets?

Wool pellets are versitile, and a great addition for all of your soils, whether they’re in your potted plants, raised beds, or garden!

Wool pellets absorb extra moisture, then slow release it back into the soil, evening out your watering! This can reduce how often you need to water, especially in a dry climate like our’s here in Colorado.

As they absorb then release that excess moisture, they expand and contract, which helps keep your soil aerated, giving your plant’s roots room to grow.

Wool pellets will naturally biodegrade in your soil, releasing nitrogen and potassium to help feed your plants.

Our wool pellets are made with otherwise unusable waste wool from our shearing process . We ensure that the whole fleece is used, one way or another.

Wool pellets are pet safe - if your pup happens to eat some, no worries, they should pass right through!
