About Nerdy Sheep Fiber Works
Nerdy Sheep Fiber Works is a family-owned fiber company that handles the full range of fiber processing, from shearing small flocks to final product, and everything in-between. We are based in Westminster, CO, and work with small farms all along the front range. Our products are handmade from mostly local materials, naturally dyed, with a passion for our regional fibershed. At Nerdy Sheep Fiber Works, we strive for zero waste, including turning “waste wool” that would be thrown away into wool pellets that can be used as a soil amendment for your garden or house plants!
Erin E Miller
Erin has been dyeing natural fibers for almost 10 years, and has been a knitter/spinner/weaver for over 20 years. She likes growing her own natural dye materials, as well as foraging native invasive plants. In her spare time she likes hanging out with her wolfdog Bowie, going hiking with her husband, and raising her seven chickens.

Greg Miller
Greg has only recently entered the fiber world. After helping Erin with dyeing, spinning, weaving, and shearing over the last 10 years, he decided he should get in on the family business! Greg recently started shearing, and taking a more active role in dyeing. In his spare time, he enjoys rock and ice climbing, fly fishing, and working on all of the crazy ideas Erin comes up with.
